The bathroom areas sustained extensive damage requiring full removal of existing finishes and fixtures to allow for proper restoration and modernization. Due to the extent of deterioration and layout limitations, all affected components were removed, including showers, wall finishes, flooring, and select fixtures. Reconstruction was completed by installing new tiled shower systems with glass doors where applicable, replacing vanities and countertops, upgrading floor tile, and reconfiguring bath layouts as needed. Existing tubs were retained where feasible, with new tile surrounds installed to restore functionality and appearance. Plumbing fixtures and toilets were detached and reset, built-in shelving was added where specified, and all walls and ceilings were refinished with new paint. These repairs returned the bathrooms to a fully functional, updated condition while addressing all underlying damage.
