Emergency water loss was identified and immediate mitigation initiated. Standing water was extracted from affected areas, and high-velocity air movers and dehumidifiers were set up to stabilize the environment. Moisture mapping and monitoring were completed to track progress. Flooring and baseboards in impacted rooms will be dried in place where possible, with removal scheduled for any unsalvageable materials. Further evaluation will determine scope for structural drying and repairs.
