The customer has two windows in their main-level living room, each measuring 6′ high by 8′ wide. These windows were installed by Premier two years ago. The customer reported rainwater leaking from the top and sides of both units, resulting in warped baseboards and trim. After removing the interior trim, the customer observed small mold spots on the backside. I advised the customer that the issue may be related to improper installation or sealing and recommended that they consider opening an insurance claim.
