In response to water intrusion, the affected bathroom areas were stabilized and restored. The bathroom closet door, bathroom door, and vanity were removed to access saturated materials. Moisture readings were taken throughout the space, with most drywall testing dry; however, localized wet spots were identified after rainfall. A dehumidifier was placed for targeted drying in those areas.

Additional monitoring visits confirmed drying progress, and all materials were re-metered until acceptable levels were achieved. Damaged building components were measured and documented for replacement, including baseboard, casing, and doors. The customer coordinated with an exterior siding contractor to further address contributing water entry points.

All work areas were cleaned, stabilized, and prepared for reconstruction, ensuring the space was properly dried and safe for repairs to proceed.
