Solutions Provided:

The customer reported a strong odor coming from the room and observed bubbling in the drywall ceiling. When the bubble was punctured, a large volume of water poured out, eventually causing the ceiling to collapse. A plumber was later called, and it was determined that the source was a leaking toilet stack.

The majority of the ceiling in this room is saturated, with visible mold growth on the drywall. Full removal of the ceiling, along with extensive containment measures, is recommended. The carpet has water spots; while moisture readings indicate it is dry, discoloration remains and carpet cleaning is required. The walls tested dry, but the door has shifted from the incident and no longer closes properly.
