The vanity in the bathroom is wet and requires removal. Flood cuts, 2 feet high, were completed throughout the bathroom due to water damage. The vanity measures 58 ¼″ × 21″. The base trim throughout the basement is 4 ¼″ maple, and the ceiling height is 9′. All carpet is to be removed; in the affected area, there is no pad. The closet door jamb will need replacement. A floor plan with red highlights identifies the locations of the flood cuts. The customer has been advised that new carpet will be installed in the living room and on the stairs, though they would like to save the old carpet. Drywall repairs are required in both the bathroom and bedroom. The customer has also requested new carpet options and expressed interest in repainting, although the existing paint color is unknown. Trim has been salvaged and can be reused. Techs are to be scheduled to remove the vanity. The customer’s insurance will cover the work, with Steve Tripp noted as the insurance agent.
