Solutions Provided:

Problem Identified:
Evidence of active water intrusion was identified along the exterior siding, utility penetrations, and beneath window assemblies. Cracking and separation at siding joints and penetrations allowed moisture to migrate behind the exterior cladding, contributing to moisture intrusion within the wall assemblies.

Corrective Actions Performed:
All identified exterior penetrations, including utility conduits and window frames, were sealed and properly flashed to eliminate points of water entry. Damaged and compromised siding panels were removed and replaced where required. Underlying sheathing was exposed and inspected for moisture intrusion and deterioration, with affected areas addressed accordingly.

Upon completion of repairs, all siding joints, penetrations, and transition points were sealed to restore the integrity of the exterior building envelope. Follow-up monitoring was implemented to confirm that water intrusion had been successfully resolved and that no further interior or concealed moisture conditions were present.
