Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 2025

When you fill out a contact form, request an estimate, or call Crew Restoration & Construction, you share information with us — your name, phone number, email address, property address, and a description of the damage or project. We also collect basic, anonymized analytics data (pages visited, general geographic region, browser type) through standard website tools. We do not use tracking pixels, sell your data, or share it with advertisers.

How We Use Your Information

The information you provide is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule an on-site estimate, document your loss for insurance purposes, and coordinate the scope of work. If your project involves an insurance claim, we will share relevant documentation — photographs, moisture readings, scope reports — with your carrier, but only with your explicit authorization. We do not contact your insurer on your behalf without your knowledge.

Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. The only third parties who may receive your data are your insurance company (with your authorization) and any software tools we use to manage scheduling or project documentation, which are bound by their own data-protection agreements.

Retention

We retain contact and project records for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the services you requested and to comply with applicable South Dakota contractor recordkeeping requirements. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at the address below, subject to any legal retention obligations.

Your Rights

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we hold, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of any sale of your data (we do not sell data). Residents of other states with similar privacy statutes may have comparable rights. To exercise any of these rights, reach out to us directly.

Terms of Service

Effective date: June 2025

Using this website or requesting services from Crew Restoration & Construction means you agree to the terms below. The actual service relationship — what work will be performed, at what cost, and under what conditions — is governed by the signed work-authorization form you receive before any project begins, not by these general terms.

Service Area

Crew Restoration & Construction operates primarily in the Sioux Falls, South Dakota metro area and surrounding communities. Contacting us does not guarantee availability at your specific location. We will confirm service area eligibility when you reach out.

Estimates

Any estimate, quote, or scope of work we provide — whether verbal, written, or delivered by email — is an assessment based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. It is not a binding contract. Work begins only after both parties sign a written work-authorization agreement. Conditions discovered during demolition or remediation (hidden mold, structural damage, secondary moisture intrusion) may require a revised scope, which we will document and present to you before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment terms, accepted methods, and schedules are outlined in your signed work-authorization agreement. We coordinate directly with insurance carriers on covered losses when authorized to do so, but the property owner remains responsible for any amounts not covered by insurance, including deductibles, exclusions, or coverage gaps.

Insurance Coordination

We are experienced in working alongside homeowner and commercial property insurance claims. We will provide documentation, photographs, and itemized scopes in formats compatible with most major carriers. We do not guarantee claim approval or coverage amounts — those decisions rest with your insurer.

Liability

Crew Restoration & Construction operates as a licensed contractor under South Dakota state regulations. Our liability is limited to the scope of work described in your signed work-authorization agreement. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by delayed reporting of a loss, or circumstances outside the agreed scope.

Disputes

If a dispute arises, we ask that you contact us directly first — most concerns can be resolved quickly when we talk. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, with venue in Minnehaha County.

Accessibility Statement

Crew Restoration & Construction is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA conformance level. The site is built to be compatible with screen readers and keyboard navigation, and we work to ensure that images carry meaningful alternative text, color contrast meets minimum ratios, and forms are properly labeled.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time checkbox. If you encounter a barrier — a page that doesn’t load correctly with a screen reader, a form you can’t complete, or any other accessibility issue — please let us know. Contact us at [email protected] or (605) 965-2727 and describe the problem as specifically as you can. We will work to address reported issues within a reasonable timeframe.
