We may use your email or phone number to follow up on an open estimate or to send a single scheduling confirmation. We do not send marketing emails or add you to any mailing list without a separate, clear opt-in.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. The only parties who may receive your information are your insurance carrier or adjuster — and only when you’ve asked us to coordinate with them — and any subcontractors directly involved in completing your approved scope of work, who are bound by confidentiality expectations consistent with this policy.

Data Retention

Project records, including contact information and documentation submitted for insurance purposes, are retained for a minimum of five years to satisfy standard contractor recordkeeping requirements under South Dakota regulations. Analytics data is aggregated and not tied to individuals.

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your data where no legal retention obligation applies.
