A tree impact caused significant damage to the property’s roof and ceiling structure. To stabilize the area, the damaged ceiling drywall and insulation were removed, exposing the underlying framing for proper drying and structural inspection.

Water damage was also addressed by drying affected carpeted and wall areas. Damaged building materials were carefully removed and disposed of. The exposed framing was inspected, dried, and prepared for restoration.

Following mitigation, the work area was cleaned, and the structure was left ready for reconstruction and finishing. Final restoration will include replacing insulation, re-drywalling, and restoring room finishes to pre-loss condition
