Solutions Provided:

Initial Loss & Mitigation Setup:
Upon arrival, water damage was identified in multiple interior rooms with saturation affecting carpet, carpet pad, and lower wall areas. The initial scope of work included removal of wet carpet pad and selective cutting/removal of carpet in the affected rooms to prevent further moisture migration. Drying equipment was then strategically placed, and a dry log was initiated to track moisture levels and environmental conditions throughout the mitigation process.

Drying & Monitoring:
Commercial-grade air movers and dehumidifiers were installed to address moisture in flooring systems and adjacent materials. Ongoing moisture checks were performed on drywall, flooring, and surrounding structural components. Moisture readings confirmed that drywall reached acceptable dry standards, allowing for safe removal of drying equipment.

Material Removal & Contents Handling:
Carpet was cut out and removed in both affected rooms, and all impacted carpet materials were disposed of due to contamination and saturation. Contents within affected areas were manipulated and protected to allow full access for drying and cleaning.

Cleaning & Sanitization:
A bio-clean was performed in all affected areas. All impacted surfaces were treated with an antimicrobial solution, followed by hot water and Dawn soap cleaning to neutralize contaminants and odors , the treatment was fully completed as part of the mitigation protocol.

Secondary Drying:
After antimicrobial application, three (3) air movers were set up to dry treated surfaces and ensure no residual moisture remained. Due to customer scheduling constraints, equipment pickup was delayed and rescheduled.

Final Verification & Equipment Removal:
Final moisture checks confirmed all affected areas were completely dry. Drying goals were met, and all equipment was removed with no remaining moisture concerns noted. The property was left in a clean, stable condition and ready for the next phase of restoration or repairs.
