Solutions Provided:

Problem Identified:
Structural damage was identified within the affected interior space, impacting ceiling assemblies, wall surfaces, and floor areas. Moisture intrusion and material deterioration were present, with trapped moisture suspected within concealed ceiling and wall cavities. Surface contamination and debris were observed along floor perimeters and wall bases, indicating prolonged exposure and potential compromise of adjacent structural components.

Corrective Actions Performed:
Selective removal of ceiling drywall was completed to access compromised areas and relieve trapped moisture. This process exposed framing members and mechanical penetrations, allowing for direct evaluation of affected structural elements and preventing further deterioration. Interior masonry (CMU) walls were inspected and prepared as part of the stabilization process, with debris and surface contamination addressed to support ongoing evaluation.

Window openings were temporarily sealed to protect the interior environment and prevent additional exposure during remediation activities. Doors and related components were detached and removed from the affected areas and stored offsite for protection and further evaluation, allowing unobstructed access to damaged sections and reducing the risk of additional damage during stabilization work.

All affected areas were documented before and after removal activities. The space was prepared for continued structural repair, including additional demolition where required, surface cleaning, and coordination for future reconstruction. At this stage, no permanent repairs were completed, as the work focused on stabilizing the structure, providing access to damaged areas, and preparing the site for follow-up restoration in accordance with industry standards.
