Solutions Provided:

Water intrusion was identified within the bathroom area, with moisture present on the tiled floor surfaces and bath mats, indicating active or recent water migration. Inspection of the shower enclosure, tiled flooring, and drain assembly identified moisture patterns extending beyond the immediate shower footprint. Conditions were consistent with water escaping or pooling around the shower drain area, allowing moisture to migrate across the bathroom floor.

The bathroom floor and surrounding finishes were assessed for saturation, including evaluation of potential moisture transfer into adjacent spaces such as the bedroom carpeted area. While no standing water was present at the time of inspection, damp conditions were observed, confirming recent water exposure.

Corrective Actions Performed:
The shower drain assembly and surrounding tile were closely inspected as part of the source evaluation. Moisture patterns documented during the inspection were consistent with leakage or improper drainage at the drain body rather than surface splashing alone. All observed conditions were photographically documented for reference.

Drying measures were initiated to reduce surface moisture and prevent secondary damage. Absorbent materials were removed from the bathroom, and the space was left open to promote airflow and evaporation. Conditions were monitored to confirm stabilization of moisture levels and prevent further migration into adjacent areas.
