Crew Restoration performed water extraction and deployed drying equipment to begin the mitigation process. Containment was established on the first floor of the property, including full containment of all hallway and entryway doors to prevent cross-contamination.

In Unit 104, affected carpet and pad were removed. Windows and patio doors were boarded up in Units 101, 102, and 104 to secure the property. Unit 103 could not be boarded at this time due to tenant occupancy; tenants are in the process of moving belongings, and boarding is scheduled to be completed the following morning. At this time, all first-floor units are boarded except Unit 103.

First-floor containment has been fully completed, and containment work has been initiated on the second floor. Dehumidifiers and an air scrubber were operated in common hallways during working hours. At the end of each day, equipment is powered down and relocated to a secure unit for overnight storage, to be redeployed the following day.
