Solutions Provided:

The basement area was impacted by prolonged water intrusion, resulting in moisture accumulation on concrete floors, stone foundation walls, and surrounding structural elements. Visible signs included standing water, damp surfaces, elevated humidity levels, and potential risk to mechanical equipment such as the water heater, washer/dryer, and HVAC components. The conditions created an environment conducive to secondary damage if not addressed promptly.

Crew Restoration implemented immediate mitigation measures to stabilize the affected area. Water was extracted from the basement floor, and professional drying equipment including dehumidifiers and air movers was strategically placed to reduce moisture levels and promote thorough drying of structural materials. Humidity and moisture readings were continuously monitored to ensure effective drying conditions were achieved. Once drying goals were met and the area was confirmed to be within acceptable moisture parameters, all equipment was picked up and containment was taken down, leaving the space clean, dry, and ready for the next phase of restoration or repairs.
