Based on the site inspection , the utility room has been impacted by a sewer backup and will require additional mitigation. The linoleum flooring in the utility room is impacted and should be removed as extensively as possible to properly address contamination and allow for adequate drying of the subfloor. Minor traces of suspected mold were observed in limited areas, indicating that localized mold remediation may be necessary. After sanitation and flooring removal are completed, the area will likely require additional drying to ensure moisture levels return to normal and to prevent further microbial growth.
