If you have a stain or odor, Crew will assess the situation using state of the art equipment and science.
Crew has received the IICRC Accreditation in order to learn the science behind removing all types of spots, stains, and odors. It’s essential in treating and removing to know where a stain or odor is located and what caused it.
Some examples of what we can treat and remove: urine, feces, pet odors, skunk, smoke & fire damage, protein, cigarette smoke, mold & mildew and chemical odors.
Some examples of companies that have benefited from our services: food service, storage areas, rental properties, retail shops, and commercial properties.
After identifying the source of the spot, stain, or odor, Crew’s Restoration Team will eliminate it by pre-treating the contaminated area. Crew will use the proper cleaning techniques and/or cleaning solutions to eliminate the remaining discoloration. Once the cleaning of the surfaces is completed, we will make sure the treatment was effective. Depending on the stain, several different levels of treatment may be required for complete removal.
Removing odors starts with the same process, but after cleaning the surfaces, special equipment is used to clean the air itself. This includes all materials and surfaces that have been exposed to the odor. The job is done only when we have completely eradicated the unpleasant situation.
